Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
When calculating your estimated shipping time, please allow for both the 1-3 business day order processing time and the delivery timeframe stated at checkout. 
If you required your order more urgently, please contact us at contact@playplanetkids.com and we will try to reduce the order processing time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your shipping information within 4 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at contact@playplanetkids.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • For detailed tracking enquiries such as estimated time of arrival, please follow up with our shipping platform Interparcel
