Orders & Shipping

Are there any shipping costs?

Due to the bulky nature of our products, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from our shipping platform “Interparcel”, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your shipping information within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at contact@playplanetkids.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order before receiving your shipping information, please send us an email to contact@playplanetkids.com with your changes.
It is still possible to change your order after it has been shipped, but there may be additional shipping charges to arrange a return and new shipment.

Can I I return my order?

  • Please note that for change of mind returns, all items must be in their original packaging with no sign of wear and use.
  • For a change of mind return, the customer is responsible for the return cost of shipping.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable for change of mind returns.
  • In the event that your product arrives faulty, please send an email within 2 days of receiving your item to contact@playplanetkids.com and include any photos for faulty items.
  • If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance at contact@playplanetkids.com. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.
How Long does the Return Process Take?
  • All change of mind returns must be lodged within 30 days.
  • All return requests will be assessed within 3 business days of receiving the request.
  • Return shipping times may vary depending on the courier and sender state.
  • Once we have received the order return in it's original packaging without any sign of wear, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
