Are there any shipping costs?
Due to the bulky nature of our products, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
How can I track my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your shipping information within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at contact@playplanetkids.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can I still change my order?
If you want to change your order, please send us an email to support@playplanetkids.com. We will see what is still possible.
Can I I return my order?

- Please note that for change of mind returns, all items must be in their original packaging with no sign of wear and use.
- For a change of mind return, the customer is responsible for the return cost of shipping.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable for change of mind returns.
- In the event that your product arrives faulty, please send an email within 2 days of receiving your item to contact@playplanetkids.com and include any photos for faulty items.
- If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance at contact@playplanetkids.com. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.
How Long does the Return Process Take?
- All change of mind returns must be lodged within 30 days.
- All return requests will be assessed within 3 business days of receiving the request.
- Return shipping times may vary depending on the courier and sender state.
- Once we have received the order return in it's original packaging without any sign of wear, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
